February February 1- April 30: OSHA 300A posting -annual summary of work-related injuries and illnesses. February 28: Environmental fee to BOE. Follow this link for details. March March (annual anniversary, or if new unreported substance, or large change in amount of reported substances): Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP). July July 1: Toxic Release Inventory. Under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, certain businesses are required to submit reports each year on the amounts of EPCRA section 313 chemicals their facilities released into the environment (either routinely or as a result of accidents), or otherwise managed as waste. At present, over 650 chemicals and chemical categories are covered. More info.
