Greetings Hazardous Waste Brokers and Treatment Facilities:

As you probably already know, some of your clients are large quantity generators of hazardous waste and are required to submit their 2005 Biennial Hazardous Waste Report by March 1, 2006.

Many hazardous waste generators look to their hazardous waste service providers (i.e., you) for assistance. This is where I come into play- I can help your clients with this service.

2005 Biennial Hazardous Waste Report

The work will include the following tasks:

  • Review of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests for 2005 to characterize waste streams,
  • Determination of applicability or possibly exemption status,
  • Preparation of 2005 Biennial Hazardous Waste Report (in hard copy and electronic formats) for submittal to the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). DTSC requires a representative of the company to certify (sign) the report.

2006 Hazardous Materials Business Plans (HMBPs)

Most of your clients will also be needing to update their HMBP this year as well. In addition to offering the service of preparing HMBPs. I offer the unique service of importing their chemical inventories into my product (EH&S Manager) and generating very useful reports for your clients, which include: Proposition 65 chemicals, extremely hazardous substances (EHS), fire code reports, and much more.
